“We had a porch enclosure done by Welda and we are very, very pleased with the results. It used to be that when somebody opened the north-facing front door, the wind would blow through the house (pictures on left). The cold air would just rush in with the wind. Now, because the enclosure is a pretty airtight front room, the wind and snow are kept out. And because of the airtightness, it even stopped the door slamming by our 6-year old and her 100 friends. It really is like adding another 3- season room to the house. In the summer we plan to put a carpet and plants to create an environment for sipping wine and watching the world go by. All in all, it was a great addition; wish we had done it sooner.”
